30-Day Free Return & Refund
We offer a 30-day free return on undamaged products, no matter the reason.
- Once the returned item arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection, the refund process will begin.
Please Note:
- Return request must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Discounted items will be refunded based on the paid amount.
- For non-quality-related returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees. (If the return is due to our error, such as incorrect or damaged items, Singulax will cover the shipping cost.)
- All items included in the original order must be returned for a full refund.
Return Exclusions
This return policy does not apply under the following conditions:
- Corporate purchases, bulk orders (10+ units), customized or personalized items.
- Missing original packaging or accessories (e.g. only returning one item in a “Buy One Get One Free” deal).
- Insufficient proof of purchase (e.g. missing order number or receipt).
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery.
- Clearance or damaged items that cannot be resold.
- Returns made excessively in a short period may be considered an abuse of the return policy.
Return or Exchange Timeframe
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- For product quality issues, you may request a full refund or free replacement within 30 days.
- For issues beyond 30 days but within the warranty period, please file a warranty claim.

Return/Exchange Procedure
To initiate a return, please email contact@singulax.com and include:
- Reason for return and clear product photos
- Proof of purchase (e.g., order number, invoice, or screenshot)
Our team will assess your request and respond within 1 business day with return instructions and shipping address.
To ensure timely processing, please also provide:
- Courier name
- Tracking number
Shipping Costs for Returns
- Quality-related returns: Singulax covers all shipping costs.
- Non-quality returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
Shipping costs vary by region.
Delivery Issues
- Customers are responsible for incorrect delivery caused by incorrect shipping details.
- If the carrier delivers to the wrong address, we will refund or resend the order based on your preference.
- Customs clearance for seized parcels is the responsibility of the buyer.
Refund Process
Once we receive your return and complete inspection, the refund will be issued within 3–5 business days. A confirmation email will be sent once your refund is successfully processed.

Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placement at no charge by emailing contact@singulax.com.
- Refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 1–3 business days.
Note: Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.
